ICU Investigations of Utah has teamed up with veteran mediator, John
A. Sadovich of “A Mediation Firm” located in St.
George, Utah. Mr. Sadovich is a mediator who is dedicated
to assisting individuals, families and businesses in solving
conflict through the use of Professional Mediation.
Mr. Sadovich concentrates in divorce and child custody issues
although he provides mediation in all areas where conflict
may arise. He is a firm believer in mediation as a way to
resolve the dispute so that the parties can reach a lasting
settlement to their case and move on with their lives. This
technique also keeps the parties costs under control and resolves
the issues in a relatively short period of time. The mediation
process allows the parties to design and implement their own
settlement plan by taking each of the issues, one at a time,
and allows discussion of possible solutions. The issues may
be in areas of child custody, child support, alimony, personal
debt, real estate debt, retirement income and any other issues
which they feel must be settled.
Once the parties come to an agreement on how they want each
issue settled, the solutions are written down and a document
is created called a Mediated Agreement. Once created, each
party signs the agreement and it may be submitted to legal
counsel for preparation and use in official court documents.
